Hello! I’m a full-stack engineer with a background in cybersecurity. I'm a fairly sociable, well-rounded guy. 😊

My master’s thesis examined automated compliance with federal mobile health security and privacy recommendations. As an undergraduate, I studied computer science, economics, and sociology, with thesis research focused on the relationship between social systems and digital security.

My technical background spans low-level systems programming through modern web development. I’m proficient with x86 Assembly, C, C++, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, HTML, CSS, SCSS/Sass, PHP, and R. I also have experience with Python, SQL, Astro, Django, MATLAB, LaTeX, and Tailwind CSS, along with working knowledge of Rust, Node.js, D3.js, Metasploit, and GIS.

This website is built with Astro and styled with Tailwind CSS . Cloudflare EmDash CMS powers content management, and Cloudflare D1 (SQLite) handles structured data and Cloudflare R2 handles object/media storage. Full-text search is provided by SQLite FTS5 . Zod handles runtime validation, Vitest powers unit testing, and Vite bundles the application. This site is deployed via Cloudflare Workers .
